Lillian is being stalked by a ruthless criminal called Blackway. Neither the police nor people in her neighborhood are willing to help her. Blackway holds a tight and violent grip on the entire area and no one dares to resist him. But then she meets the mysterious Lester and his young, somewhat simple colleague Nate. Lester decides to help Lillian. The three of them start looking for Blackway, who seems able to appear out of nowhere to terrorize people and then disappear without a trace. Their search doesn’t remain unnoticed and after a series of violent confrontations it appears that the cunning Lester and brutish Nate are perfect bodyguards for Lillian. The trio uncovers a cesspool of drugs- and arms trade, prostitution, extortion and murder, with Blackway in the center of it all. But Lillian also discovers that Lester and Blackway have had past dealings and Lester doesn’t help her out of charity…
